How will I receive my reading?
Your reading will take place online over Google Meet. The link for our session will be included in your confirmation email.
Do I need to be on camera?
No, you don't.
Will my reading be recorded?
If you'd like, I can record our session and share the link with you afterwards to download the video file.
Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before your appointment time via email.
What if I'm going to be late or miss my reading?
If you're running late, please let me know by email as soon as possible. If you're more than 20 minutes late and you don't contact me, I will end the session and consider it a no-show. No-shows are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded.
